A community yoga & wellness studio

A working copy on sample data, so nothing private is on screen. The studio is fictional; the system is the one running today.
The short version
- Client
- A community yoga and wellness studio, owner-operated, kept anonymous.
- Problem
- The owner handled member emails, trial offers, promos, and all reporting by hand, and had no view of members or income by category.
- Build
- 21 automations connecting 9 tools she already used, built on n8n, plus a custom booking app and a business dashboard.
- Result
- An estimated 350 hours a year back, roughly 6.5 to 7 hours a week. She uses the system daily. I maintain it.

I coded a chatbot plugin from scratch. A 24/7 assistant that answers customer questions right on a business's own website. A product I built and maintain. Available for client websites.

I do the front-end design, brand, and marketing for a personal AI assistant app. In development now.
