What I've built, and what it does

A close look at one automation system I built and run, plus two more things I've worked on, to show the range. Client details kept private.

Case study · Business automation

A community yoga & wellness studio

The owner did everything by hand. Welcoming new trial members, chasing trial-to-membership, sending class rosters, handling cancellations, pulling her own numbers. Her booking and email didn't talk to each other, so all the work in between landed on her.

What I built · on n8n

Welcomes every new trial member, in her voice
Reminds them before the trial ends, with an offer to join
Turns drop-ins into members with an after-class upgrade offer and a self-expiring link
Welcomes new members when they join
Books students into the daily schedule and clears cancellations
Watches new signups and cancellations so nothing slips
Branded receipts for camps and counselling, ready for extended-health benefits
Answers room-rental enquiries on its own
Re-engages members who've drifted, follows up with trials that didn't join
Builds her monthly class posters, paste-ready
Sends her a weekly recap email
Watches itself and flags any problem right away

The proof

A dashboard she logs into. What's running, and what it's handling, in one place.

The result

The admin she used to do by hand now runs on its own. Every trial member gets a timely, personal follow-up instead of slipping through the cracks. Now she can see what's working, in one place. And she owns the whole thing and runs it herself, for a small monthly fee.

Also built

A WordPress AI chatbot

I coded a chatbot plugin from scratch. A 24/7 assistant that answers customer questions right on a business's own website. A product I built and maintain, not a service I offer.

An AI personal assistant app

I do the front-end design, brand, and marketing for a personal AI assistant app, using Claude Design and Claude Code for my part of it. In development now.
