What I've built, and what it does
A close look at one automation system I built and run, plus two more things I've worked on, to show the range.
A community yoga & wellness studio
The owner did everything by hand. Welcoming new trial members, chasing trial-to-membership, sending class rosters, handling cancellations, pulling her own numbers. Her booking and email didn't talk to each other, so all the work in between landed on her.
What I built · on n8n
The proof
A dashboard she logs into. What's running, and what it's handling, in one place.
The result
The admin she used to do by hand no longer falls to her. Every trial member gets a timely, personal follow-up instead of slipping through the cracks. Now she can see what's working, in one place. She uses it every day, and I stay on to keep it running and adjust it as her business changes.
“Hazel gave me back my freedom after owning a business for 6 years and needing to be responding to emails 24/7. Knowing my clients' needs are tended to in a timely fashion, and freeing up time, has given me freedom to enjoy the parts of the business I opened it for.”
Also built
A WordPress AI chatbot
I coded a chatbot plugin from scratch. A 24/7 assistant that answers customer questions right on a business's own website. A product I built and maintain, not a service I offer.
An AI personal assistant app
I do the front-end design, brand, and marketing for a personal AI assistant app. In development now.
A product I help create · name held until launch
This website
hazelworks.ai itself. I designed and built the whole thing on Next.js, and it deploys automatically on every push.
