Where it started

I taught myself design and code in high school, running a graphic forum where volunteers around the world filled design orders, from forum avatars to business websites. It got me hired as a web and graphic designer straight out of school.

Living the problem

I co-founded and ran Change Market, an e-commerce store with 300+ products, and managed a team of seven. I led marketing, customer service, and logistics. I know what it feels like when the business runs you instead of the other way around. The customer replies, the reports you never get to pull, the follow-ups, and the hundred small things that pile up.

What changed

At another company, I was the first to bring AI into the daily work, and I saw how much of the repetitive load it could take off people, without touching the parts that need a person. Now I do it for other owners: I connect the tools they already use and automate the work between them.

Why I do this

Automation gave me my time back, for my family, my health, and the things I actually care about. That's what I build for other business owners: systems that take the busywork off your plate, so your time goes to the work that grows the business and brings in money, not the admin around it.
