I taught myself to code as a kid, and as a teenager I ran an online community of more than a thousand people. The tools have changed a lot since but the pull to make things work better hasn't.
I co-founded and ran Change Market, an e-commerce store with 300+ products, and managed a team of seven. I led marketing, customer service, and logistics. I know what it feels like when the business runs you instead of the other way around. The customer replies, the reports you never get to pull, the follow-ups, and the hundred small things that pile up.
At another company, I was the first to bring AI into the daily work, and I saw how much of the repetitive load it could handle. Now I do it for other owners: I connect the tools they already use and automate the work between them.
